As expected. I had a random # calling from Florida, I answered and was told they had a marble parrot waiting to be shipped to me, but they needed my permission to charge me with the shipping cost + my credit card information, and my address. I was skeptical at first because I’m new to this website and this is the first winning bid that has actually been received yet (which I hadn’t receive anything yet, from any of my 5 other winning auctions— from different places— at that time they called, so I was afraid it was a possible scam). I was aware there was shipping costs, and so it wasn’t a surprise. I just didn’t know I would get a call about it— Which maybe they state that somewhere in the description? (I don’t know, but it which was nice). Make a long story short: It was well wrapped/packaged and very heavy, nice quality. I’m happy! Thanks again!

Unfortunately not as advertised. This is not ABP glass Still nice but paid for what they called American Brilliant Cut Glass. This is modern European and easily noticeable in person vs the pictures.

I paid via bank transfer but continued to receive payment requests for 3 to 4 days. the only personal contact was with the packaging/shipping service. Rate was reasonalble. Did excellent packing job.

Good quality, reasonable fees, excellent variety of offerings, and excellent customer service. A person is treated like a valued customer and never a “legalistic and in many cases adversarial stance as if they can take it or leave it regardless of the circumstances”. Not out to squeeze every dime out of anyone who dares trying to do business with them.

Excellent to do business with as opposed to most others on line houses which place the burden of packing and shipping upon the bidder who may be a thousand miles away. Very co-operative and customer service oriented, not like most who give you 15 seconds to bid on an item (whose description has become you get what you can see in photographs).
They are definitely on my “continue to do business with” while most others are worth more trouble than they are worth.
