likely an artifact of one of the German brewing empires of St. Louis, MO., which included Ahheuser-Busch, Falstaff, Greisdieck Brothers and the city’s first great brewing family, the Lemps, who now allegedly haunt the family manor and their original production facility in south St. Louis. Beer gardens were a common feature of the old city, and each brewer had one or several in operation. This little stool could have come from any one of them. It measures approximately 43" x 14" x 15".
