RB Fine Arts June Art and Antique Auction
Lot of 4 Pottery Pieces and Glass Piece. All made in the USA. The glass piece is a 1 3/4" red flashed mug & etched "FANNIE 1911". Next a 3" Blue bud vase from the famous SHEARWATER Pottery of Biloxi Mississippi with a C1950 SP mark and possible artist signature, Third is a numbered 3" brown/green vase from FRANKOMA POTTERY circa 1945. The fourth piece is a small 2" Boston Bean pot marked BOSTON BAKED BEANS on the side, unmarked, but doubtless one of the nearby New England potters. Last is a rare and highly collectible 2 1/2" yellow urn style vase marked THE AMERICAN POTTER, NEW YORK WORLD"S FAIR, 1940.
