An original copperplate engraving on wove paper by English artist James Caldwell (18th Century) titled "Remains of Hales Owen Abbey", c. 1780. Printed upper right on outer margin: "to face p:490". Framed in contemporary black molding and 100% cotton fabric mats from Holland. All archival. Framed size: 14.25" x 17.25". Image size: 5.25" x 8.5". Some light foxing associated with age.
